Someone who you can ask questions to how they got where they are.” This is advice from Nicholas Flathau, founder of Flawless Diamonds Co., to all young entrepreneurs. On top of starting and operating his own successful custom jewelry business, Flathau is also the owner of an AT&T franchise and real estate firm.

At only 27 years old, Flathau is the owner of three thriving businesses and has built a team of like-minded individuals around him, known as the Flawless Family. In recent years, his focus has moved towards the custom jewelry industry and, with recent successes, Flathau is prepping for national expansion.

Flathau’s interest in customer jewelry was peaked as he began to find success with his AT&T franchise. After dropping out of college in 2016, Flathau made the bold and risky decision to become a franchisee. Success was imminent for Flathau, due to his determination and unbeatable work ethic. Within only a couple of years, he had made his first million dollars.

Struggling to make his way in the competitive and lucrative industry, Flathau focused on creating unique and quality items to display his talents.

This success resulted in Flathau acquiring a taste for some of the finer things in life, including gold and diamond jewelry. Befriending a local jeweler in Dallas, Flathau became his mentee and devoted any free time to researching the industry. His research ultimately resulted in Flathau learning how to design his own jewelry and the founding of Flawless Diamonds Co.

Struggling to make his way in the competitive and lucrative industry, Flathau focused on creating unique and quality items to display his talents. His work has caught the eye of quite a few popular names, including the likes of Lil Reese and NLE Choppa. 

Flawless Diamonds Co. now has facilities in Dallas and Chicago, Flathau’s hometown. On top of creating some of the most impressive pieces in the industry today, the company is also looking to increase its branding via an apparel line that is soon to be released. The next step for Flathau and Flawless Diamonds Co. is expanding to the Miami and Los Angeles markets.
